Trees should absorb 50% of rain water and now it brings down to 10-15%.. this is so alarming .. we need to do something or the worst might happen. do we have to wait for the entire CDO to suffer such unfortunate calamity as this? and why blaming the replica of Black Nazarene? tsk tsk .. let's face it, we are being irresponsible. i do agree. no one has to blame except us… illegal logging and mining should stop in Bukidnon.
