Head Nurse!
A patient called a Nurse and said:
Patient: Nurse, please bring me a hot water bag. My toes are as cold as ice.
Nurse: (insulted) You are asking the wrong nurse. I happen to be the head nurse.
Patient: Eh di, Utusan mo yung foot nurse! napaka sungit mo naman, alam ko ba na para sa ulo ka? Letse!
