Miss Kagay-an 2009 successfully concluded last night with a star-studded event. Mama Rene Salud, Miss Cory Quirino and Miss Maricel Laxa-Pangilinan were part of the panel of judges and Mr. Alfred Vargas was also there to serenade the 15 lovely contestants.
I came in late last night at the event and can hardly push inside because of a large number of crowds watching the annual Miss Kagay-an. But thank to my classmate Erwin Baculio who is also part of the event as usher, he gave me two exclusive pass for me and Edward to get exclusive photoshoots on the event.
All the contestants looks so gorgeous that night and that you might think that it is a prestigious national Beauty contest because the event was fantastically organized with 15 lovely women vying for the Miss Kagay-an 2009 title.
The top 5 finalist are:

Candidate no. 6 Amalia Margarita Misa

The five finalist were asked with the same question and most of them got their own unique answers that land them to each titles.
The titles are:

1st runner up – Lilyka Vic Alceta
2nd runner up – Chiery Charmane Ladera
3rd runner up – Emily Frances Rafols
4th runner up – Amalia Margarita Misa
I was eyeing on Chiery Charmane Ladera to win because I found her gorgeous with her beautiful smile that make her Miss Photogenic. Lilyka Vic Alceta is also a consistent candidate with her nice proportioned body make her became this year’s Miss Kagay-an’s Best in Swimsuit. Emily Frances Rafols graced the stage elegantly that judges agree and put her on the top 5, Amalia Margarita Misa stunned the judges with her Halle Berry look-a-like beauty but Miss Leira Monique Pabito triumph for the title Miss Kagay-an 2009 with her charisma, confidence, beauty and brain.
