November Rain Caused November Flooding in Cagayan de Oro City
After everything seems on the safety place, I took the camera and went outside to check the nearby places where there’s flood. Walking and striding through the flood water, I took these photos:
This is in-front of the house, my brother is checking outside if everything is ok. The water is almost at knee level here.
