Limketkai Center’s Gateway Twin Towers and Office and Hotel Complex Building
Nahuman na jud ang Gateway Twin Tower sa Limketkai and now is ready for office space for lease na. Kung gusto mo mag inquire pwede mo mag tawag sa (088) 856-5226 or (0917) 805-8277.
Pero ila na pud gi display ang perspective picture/painting sa bago nilang gitawag nga Limketkai Center’s Hotel and Office Complex nga adjacent lang with the Gateway Twin Tower. Patchada jud kayo kung mahuman na ang maong building no? and ingon nila that will be the tallest building daw sa Minadano (di pa ko sure).
Hadlok lang ko kung ila na jud ni itukod, kay diba ingon sa una nga humok ang yuta sa CDO mao dili siya suitable for skyscrapers buildings? Well, mga expert man ang ga manage ani nga building so, goodluck nalang and excited na ko nga mahuman na siya para sad naa ta ikapahinambog nga skyscraper building dinhi sa atong syudad.

@Myrna: You can see the orange building right now along the highway when you get inside the Limketkai Area. It is in-front of MUST – Mindanao University of Science and Technology.
The Orange building or gateway tower is now functional and ready for leasing. But the other two taller buildings are still on going for construction right now.
Pila kaha ang renta sa ilang office space. gusto ko mag rent kung barato para sa ako plan business puhon sa CDO.
